Thank you for shopping at Hellzone. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a new anime figure drop), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: Usually 5–7 business days across India, depending on your location.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or remote locations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hellzone is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Issues

Hellzone is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience:

  • If you receive a damaged package, you must provide a full unboxing video as per our Terms of Service.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Contact us at support@hellzone.store with your video and order number to initiate a review.
